Packroma is a packaging products and custom printing service provider. We offer packaging items including but not limited to boxes, stickers, courier poly bags, labels, and related custom packaging solutions.

3. Products and Services
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications. However, minor variations in color, material, finishing, dimensions, or packaging may occur. Custom printed products are manufactured based on customer-provided specifications and approved artwork.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to: Incorrect pricing, Product unavailability, Suspicious activity, or Incomplete customer information. Once production of custom orders has started, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated. Packroma reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders may require full payment or advance payment before production begins.
6. Design and Print Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design files, spelling, size, colors, and content before final confirmation. Printed colors may slightly vary from digital screen previews due to screen settings, material type, and printing process. Minor alignment or cutting tolerance may occur in mass production.
7. Production Time
Estimated production time may vary depending on product type, quantity, customization, and order queue. Production timelines are approximate and may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on courier service, destination, and external factors. Packroma is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information including: Name, Delivery address, Contact number, Product specifications, and Artwork or design files. Packroma is not liable for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, graphics, text, designs, and branding are the property of Packroma unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Packroma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.
