1. General Policy

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and verification. Custom printed and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

2. Ready-Made Box Policy

For ready-made box orders, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse. Returns are only evaluated if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined in Section 3. Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify the size, quality, and specifications before placing an order.

3. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Return or replacement may be applicable in the following cases: - Wrong product delivered - Product received in damaged or defective condition - Major mismatch with the approved design - Significant printing defect - Major shortage in quantity delivered

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases: - Errors caused by customer-provided information, size, or design - Minor color variation - Small cutting or print alignment differences - Used, altered, or modified products - Change of mind after placing the order - Cancellation after production of custom orders has started

5. Claim Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Supporting evidence such as photos, videos, or packaging images may be required for claim verification.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via mobile banking, bank transfer, or the original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days.

7. Packroma Decision Rights

After reviewing each case, Packroma reserves the right to decide the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
